Effective Coaching Methods

Our transformation coaching model uses self-awareness assessments and probing questions to identify your high potential, raise awareness, achieve clarity, and inspire action.

All communication channels – phone calls, email, and face-to-face meetings – will be used to remind you of your goals and tasks. Subsequent check-in calls or emails will follow. A written report will be created in each coaching session.

Interactivity

Our Transformation coaching model is very interactive. It is based on our client’s needs, and what they want to achieve. Extensive support and encouragement are provided, from inception to the creation for sustainable success.

Coaching Process

Coaching: for up designated employees for a 3- 6 month coaching cycle

  • Facilitate an initial 2.5-hour Preliminary Discovery Session for each employee
  • Provide each employee with two 60- minute, phone and/or in person, monthly coaching sessions
  • Completion session to create a plan of action that sustains growth and learning
  • Unlimited interim check-in support by phone and/or email, as needed, between sessions
  • Connection to Holistic Business Coach company network of invaluable resources, tools, ideas, services and more

Assessments: Individual and group assessments through using instruments, such as DiSC personality, emotional intelligence, strength finder, assertiveness  and/or other assessments as mutually agreed between us and our client.
